• Children should be born between – 01/04/2020 and 31/03/2021

Important Documents to be submitted

• Date of birth certificate (Aadhaar Card and  Birth certificate)
• Soft copy of Latest photographs (not more than 3 months old)
• Residential proof (Ration card/ voter card/electricity bill/ water bill/ MTNL telephone bill/ Domicile Certificate of the child or his/her parents/passport/ UID card issued in the name of any of the parents. (Any of two)
• Sibling proof (copy of the recent paid fee receipt)(if applying in the sibling category)
• Alumni proof of parents (school leaving certificate /mark sheet of class 12) 
• Upload all the documents (maximum size – 2 MB) of (candidate, candidate’s father, candidate’s mother)
