IMPORTANT GUIDELINES REGARDING  ADMISSION IN 2024-25 SESSION

Registration desks are open now for admission to Nursery and other classes and the registration process will be considered only when the admission form is submitted online (No hard copies to be submitted).

Admission forms will be available on the school website from 23.11.2023 onwards and will be available till 15.12.2023 for nursery and other classes. 

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

• Admission forms should be filled in online only.
• The online forms will be available on the school website from 23.11.2023(Thursday) to 15.12.2023 (Friday) for nursey and other classes.
• The last date for submission of forms is 15.12.2023.
• Fill the required details online and pay the registration fee of Rs. 25/- online. An acknowledgment mail having the registration number and online payment details will be sent to your email. 
• Total number of seats available for nursery is 153. (General Category – 115, EWS/DG Category -38)
• Children having a Date of Birth from 01.04.2020 to 31.03.2021 are eligible for registration to the nursery for the session of 2024-25.
• To complete the registration process, you have to submit the scanned documents online before the last date.
• The admission process has been constructed to maintain transparency and provide equal opportunity to all.
• Please bring original documents along with self-attested photocopies for verification of details, filled in the admission form. 
• The criteria for admission for open setas in nursery is as per DOE norms for private unaided recognized schools and is as follows:

IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS

1. Birth certificate and Aadhaar card 
2. Residential proof (Ration card/ smart card issued in the name of parents, domicile certificate of child or his/her parents/ voter card of any parents/electricity bill/ water bill/ MTNL telephone bill/ passport in the name of any of the parents or child/ Aadhaar card / UID card issued in the name of any of the parents. 
3.  Copy of the recently paid fee receipt of the sibling ( if any studying in this school and applying under SIBLING CATEGORY)
4. School leaving certificate of parent alumni
5. Soft copy of color photographs ( jpeg, jpg format and not more than 3 months old) – candidate, candidate’s father, candidate’s mother

Following is the admission schedule for nursery admission 2024-25

1. Registration forms will be available online  – from 23.11.2023 onwards
2. Last date of submission of registration form – 15.12.2023
3. Uploading details of children who apply for admission under open seats – 29.12.2023
4. Uploading of marks allotted to each student (who applied for open-seat admission ) – 05.01.2024
5. Announcement of the first list of selected students( including the waiting list) – 12.01.2024
6. Announcement of the second list of selected students( if any, including the waiting list) –  29.01.2024
7. Closure of admission procedure –  08.03.2024
