Nursery Admissions in DPS 

NURSERY ADMISSION CRITERIA - SESSION 2024-25

FOR GENERAL CATEGORY (OPEN SEATS)

The seat distribution details for the entry-level class – Nursery is as follows :

Note: admission forms for EWS /DG/CWSN will be available on the website of the  Directorate of Education ( www.edudel.nic.in) 

1. Age Criteria – For Nursery admission 

Minimum Age – 3 years (As of 31 March 2024.

Maximum Age – less than 4 years (As of 31 March 2024)

1. For General Category :

• The application forms will be available online from 23rd November 2023 – 15th December 2023, till 11:59 PM, on www.dpsrohini.com 
• The application forms should be submitted online by 15th December 2023 up to 11:59 PM, with scanned copies of required documents and a non-refundable fee of Rs. 25/-. 
• After submitting the application form successfully, download and print the application form for your future reference. 
• The final scores will be calculated by the software. 
• Go through the instructions and FAQs carefully before filling out the application form. 

Note:   

• Sibling – only the real brother/sister of students currently studying( for the session 2023-24) in the DPS Rohini will be considered under this category,
• DPS Alumni – only if the parents have passed Class 10th or 12th from that branch. (Father – 20 points, Mother – 20 points) (+5 points will be awarded if either of the parents or both are DPS Rohini Alumni)
•  Fillip up the admission form does not give any assurance of admissions.
• For twins/ triplets child, separate admission forms should be filled with the same registered phone number, by clicking on the option of “ Add New Application.”
• As per schedule, the names of the shortlisted candidates will be displayed online. 
• Bring the original certificates and self-attested photocopies at the time of verification of documents. 
• Ensure that the birth certificate carries the same name as filled in the application form.
• Write a mail at nursery@dpsrohini.com prior to applying under age relaxation criteria.
• Kindly visit the school website regularly for any updates. 
• No other information will be sent through SMS or any other mode. 

Important instructions 

• This application form is for Delhi Public School, Rohini only. Please read all the instructions carefully to avoid rejection of forms. 
• Provide the required information and fill in the mandatory field (*)
• Distance calculation will be done automatically by Google Maps, linked to this application form. 
• Please fill in each entry of the form and save the information before moving to the next section. 
• In the case of a sibling, please fill in the correct admission number as W- _______. The rest part of the columns will be auto-filled.
• Check all the details and spelling before submitting the application form. 
• The form cannot be edited after the successful payment.

Required Documents 

• Child Birth certificate 
• Latest photographs (candidate, candidate’s father, candidate’s mother) (not more than 3 months old)
• Residential proof (Ration card/ smart card issued in the name of parents, domicile certificate of child or his/her parents/ voter card of any parents/electricity bill/ water bill/ MTNL telephone bill/ passport in the name of any of the parents or child/ Aadhaar card / UID card issued in the name of any of the parents. 
• Sibling proof (copy of the recent paid fee receipt of the sibling)
• Alumni proof (school leaving certificate of parent of class 10/12)

Application process 

1. Fill the correct information in the application form.
2. Upload the scanned copies of the relevant documents.
3. Click on the option of “ Agree” and submit the form.
4. Pay the application fee for a successful registration. ( ensure that you enter the correct information of email and contact details.)
5. Note the registration number after the successful payment. 
6. Take a printout of the application page for further use.
