Nursery Admission In Birla Vidya Niketan

Nursery Admissions in DPS Dwarka shall start from January. DPS Dwarka has 240 seats in Nursery. The latest point system is as follows:

Total Points 100
Neighbourhood (By aerial distance between the school and residence of the applicant.)

Between 0-3 km = 45 Points.
More than 3-up to 6 km  = 40 Points.
Beyond  6 km = 35 Points
Sibling
35 Points
DPS Dwarka Alumni
20 Points

As you can see if a sibling is not studying in DPS and parent are not from DPS, there is no other way to distinguish. Majority of seats are given through lucky draw. In Year 2014, 3447 students had 70 points and a lucky draw was held among them for 48 seats  out of remaining 130 seats.
